PART A — ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT (ENGLISH)
1.1 Iron Logic \ Elad Hozainov (“Iron Logic”, “we” or “us”) is committed to providing equal, respectful, independent and accessible service to all users, including people with disabilities. We work continuously to make the website at https://ironlogic.co.il (the “Website”) accessible, so that every person can browse it easily, conveniently and independently.

2 LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND STANDARDS
2.1 We are adapting the Website in accordance with the following:
(a) the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998;
(b) the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, including Regulation 35; and
(c) Israeli Standard IS 5568 and the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which is our target conformance level.
2.2 The Website is available to users worldwide. The same conformance target is consistent with the following frameworks and guidance:
(a) the European standard EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882);
(b) the accessibility expectations applied under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in the United States; and
(c) the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) in Canada.
3.1 The Website is partially accessible. An accessibility audit by an independent accessibility professional has not yet been carried out. We are adapting the Website on an ongoing basis, and we intend to carry out a full professional accessibility audit and to update this Statement once it is completed.
3.2 If you have difficulty using any part of the Website, please contact our accessibility coordinator (Clause 9). We will provide the information or service you need through an accessible alternative channel.
