OUR STORY
The Long Way to Iron Logic
Iron Logic was founded on a simple observation: the businesses that struggle most aren't the ones with bad machines - they're the ones where the machine, the data, and the people around it were never designed to work as one system. Iron Logic exists to close that gap: engineering the equipment and the operational systems around it, together.
From the Floor Up
Elad Hozainov, Founder & Leader
Elad Hozainov founded Iron Logic after two decades spent doing the work himself - not just advising on it. For over 20 years, he's held engineering and executive roles across the industrial sector, starting as an on-site technician and rising through operations leadership to eventually co-founding and running an international engineering and manufacturing business spanning Germany, Italy, Romania, the Middle East, and North America.
That combination is the foundation of Iron Logic: a background as a skilled PLC programmer and a Certified Machinery Safety Expert (CMSE), paired with real P&L ownership, supply chain management, and business development experience running multi-country operations. He's worked in genuinely multilingual environments throughout his career - English, Hebrew, German, and Italian - managing teams and partners across borders without losing the details in translation.
Global Reach, Local Impact
Project and business experience spanning Europe, the Middle East, and North America, working directly with manufacturers, suppliers, and distribution partners across different regulatory and market environments.
